American Express and MakeMyTrip (MMYT) launched the American Express MakeMyTrip Credit Card offering savings and benefits for Indian travellers and shoppers alike.

With a first year fee of Rs 750, the card offers MMYT vouchers worth Rs.9000 on joining, that can be redeemed across flights, hotels and holiday offers on MMYT. It also offers 5% cash back (up to Rs 3,000) on MMYT bookings, and additional MMYT vouchers of Rs.2000 and Rs.5000 on spending Rs.1.25 lakhs and Rs. 2.5 lakhs in a year, respectively.

Powered by PAYBACK, the new card makes spending more rewarding with up to five PAYPACK points for every Rs. 100 spent on all bookings at MMYT, two points for every Rs.100 spent elsewhere, and multiple PAYBACK points on spending at over 50 PAYBACK partner brands.
