Trafalgar has launched their 2014 Australia and New Zealand brochure, featuring stopovers in tropical Fiji. With 8 fully guided holidays, 16 independent mini-stays and 24 day-trips, Trafalgar’s 2014 South Pacific brochure offers a number of travel options that include the brand’s exclusive Insider Highlights (restricted to guided holidays), like Authentic Accommodations, Local Specialties and Be My Guest dining experiences. Several itineraries now also feature Included Choice, a selection of sightseeing activities that guests can choose within a specific destination, such as playing a round of golf or taking a Thunder Jet ride in Queenstown.

To celebrate the launch of the new brochure, Trafalgar is offering big savings of up to 7.5% on 2014 Australia & New Zealand guided holidays when booked and paid by 20 March 2014. Travelers can enjoy savings of up to US $260 per person! This also applies to itineraries departing in December 2013.

“Australia and New Zealand are two of our most culturally-rich destinations and we showcase these two countries through a mix of unique sights and exclusive local experiences,” says Nicholas Lim, President of The Travel Corporation (Asia) and Trafalgar (Asia). “Our expertly planned guided and independent holidays include authentic local dining and exceptional sightseeing experiences where guests will find themselves staying at the edge of the Great Barrier Reef or waking up to the sun rising over Uluru.”

Discover Australia

The 10-day Discover Australia takes travellers on a relaxing trip through some of Australia’s most iconic cities. Starting with three nights in Sydney, the trip spends two nights in Ayers Rock, before ending with two nights in Cairns.

Contrasts of New Zealand

A 12-day journey throughout the north and south, Trafalgar’s Contrasts of New Zealand takes travellers to the most beautiful landscapes and exciting cities that the country has to offer. Starting in the north with two nights in Auckland and ending with a night in Christchurch, the trip takes guests to Rotorua, Franz Josef Glacier and Queenstown.

In addition to all the exciting itineraries featured in the new 2014 Australia & New Zealand brochure, guests also have the option of enjoying independent mini stays that consists of 2 to 5 day itineraries. These are suitable for travelers who are visiting friends or family in Australia but at the same time want to explore some sights; or for travellers that crave their own free time with the option of mini holidays they can enjoy at any given moment. Guests can choose trips such as ‘Sydney & the Blue Mountains, Melbourne and the Great Ocean Road’, ‘Uluru Discovery’ and many more.

There’s also the option of day trips that consist of half day or full day excursions, to compliment a flexible itinerary. These include visits to ‘Hunter Valley Wineries’, ‘Kakadu National Park’, and ‘Port Stephens & Dolphin watching’.

Says Lim: ‘With so many types of exciting itineraries to cater toward all travel styles, along with a weakened Aussie dollar next to the rupee there is no better time to travel to Australia & New Zealand’.
