Ramee Strand Inn Bangalore located at Hosur Main Road, Singasandra has been a host for business events like Residential conferences, Day Conference, Weekend stay & Corporate Gettogethers. The hotel currently offers 72 guest rooms. The hotel offers multiple dining options such as the Multi Cuisine Restaurant 'Oriental Fusion', an allday dining restaurant that also is home to international and regional food promotions. The restaurant is also known for breakfast, business lunch or a lovely dinner. Some of the well-known dishes are Hyderabadi Dum Biryani and Andhra Chilly chicken. The Roof Top Pub R-Adda is popular or those entertaining Friends and those looking for a quite dinner. The pub serves some unique Mocktails and famous for Chakna Platter, Tandoori Lollipop and Chicken Popcorn. The Hotel is also equipped with meeting spaces offering a Board Room with a capacity of 15 Pax and another banquet hall that can accommodate for 70 people banqueting space for 70 to 500 people.Some of the other facilities of the hotel are round the clock room service, Gym, Roof Top Swimming Pool, Entire Hotel Wi-Fi and Free Parking. Growth Ramee Strand Inn has completed one year and the hotel is doing well with an occupancy of 85%. We have noticed a growth of 60% during 2017 and expect an occupancy rate of 80 to 85% for 2018. Expansion Plans In India we have two hotels in Bangalore, three hotels in Mumbai, one in Tirupati. We are planning to launch a property in Delhi and Bangalore shortly. Market Segment We primarily cater to the corporate segment up to 80 % and get online20 % filled by the OTA’s and MICE. The hotel is also popular with Weddings as well. The average stay is 2 Nights.
